At Bohoscep, we understand things sometimes just don't go as planned. This return and refund policy explains how the procedure works for our dress rental service.

1. Eligibility to Return

We accept returns based on the following grounds:

  • The item was damaged during delivery-excluding minor wear from previous rentals.
  • You receive a different item from the one you had ordered.
  • The dress does not match the size chosen in our platform.

To return a product, please e-mail us at [email protected] within 24 hours from date of receipt of the item.

2. Items Which Cannot Be Returned

Some circumstances are not eligible for return:

  • The normal wear resulting from use.
  • Damage sustained during delivery.
  • You request return beyond the specified time.
  • Original package/packaging along with accessories is lost.

3. Refund Process

The amount will be refunded if the return is accepted. After we receive and review your item, we'll proceed with refunding via bank transfer.

4. Exchange

We can proceed with an exchange process within the limits of available stock in the case of refund rejection.
